It takes a lot of work to be spontaneous. Monten takes a considered and analytical approach to leading the band and engaging the audience. A trait shared by all the members of this more experienced incarnation of the ensemble, the attention to detail and Brett's honesty in delivery connects emotionally with the audience and is a hallmark of the ‘new’ PlanB.
